This seminar proposes a culinary voyage around the world… With a tasting of tapas of divers origins (Recipes from India, Italy, Asia, and Provence), this will allow you to appreciate potential gastronomic food pairings with the wines of Tavel. Our sommelier Kelly Mc Auliffe, a wine specialist of the Rhone Valley will take you through our region and explain the originality of the diversity of each of the three terroirs that are representative of the Appellation. He will show you how these gastronomic rosés with their organoleptic complexities, their aromatic intensities with finesse and subtleness, which can be enjoyed throughout the year(and much longer) and bring out with elegance the challenges of food pairings.
